While working at System1, I also had the chance to contribute to the TotalBrowser project. Upon joining the team, the product was well underway and its stakeholders were striving to optimize the installation and onboarding process to ensure an optimum user experience.
I conducted a thorough review of the onboarding process using tools such as Usertesting.com and Hotjar to gain insights into how customers engaged with the installation process and onboarding experience.
Utilizing these insights, we implemented simple and effective UI changes to the process, maximizing the probability of a successful installation before releasing the product to market.
